Andy from East Goscote Plumbers arrived this morning to deal with a leak from our toilet and was so professional and straight away made me feel much less anxious about the leak and now feeling confident that all would be sorted which indeed it was, he kept me aware from the beginning of what he needed to do and why, he also went above and beyond with the repair and I am delighted with result not least because I now understand how to access the cupboard around the toilet and what to look for in the future.
