Issues with hot water tank and system

As a tennent, I advised the agent that there were issues with the hot water tank and system. East Goscote Plumbers were employed to change the hot water tank out, and Pete and Cam were dispatched today to do the work. They arrived on time, were properly kitted out for the job, which they did within the expected time despite the problems that were found (not of their making, I hasten to add), were generally tidy and cleaned up properly once the work was completed. They were friendly, helpful and professional, and answered any questions I raised fully and clearly. I am unable to make any comment regarding the cost of the work because that was the responsibility of the agent/owner of the property, however based upon the standard of the work carried out and the conduct of the two sent to complete the work, I would recommend them for any plumbing tasks.
