Lewis Moore was very helpful on his visit. Both times, arriving early, and keeping me informed with where he was at throughout. Somehow managed to find a marker pen lid tucked in one of the hot pipes causing a flow issue. Removed and relaid flooring in order to access and neatly cut out and replaced chipboard flooring. Extremely happy with his work and was more than happy to look into a couple of extra snags that I had with the installation but nothing major. All problems now are fully resolved thanks to his workmanship. Thanks, Lewis and also thanks to Andy and other staff who have visited in order to diagnose the pipe blockage.
