Having dealt with three of your plumbing staff in the past couple of weeks I would like to commend to you Lewis Moore who was excellent in dealing with our defects in our Jelson house where nothing was too much trouble. Also the plumber [unfortunately name not known] who came to reassure us about the connections to our dish washer- most, helpful, friendly and reassuring. Finally Gary S who in our opinion excelled himself as emergency line plumber on the evening of Tuesday 8th September when not only did he organise a plumber to come the next day, left a message with EGE about an outstanding defect on the stairs lighting but rang us the following morning to tell us what he had arranged on our behalf. They all made a cracking team!!
